Pure love in their hearts they stow
Goodwill in Action
They constantly pursue with passion
Simplicity, integrity, and honesty
Their force field vibrates felicity
Their wavelength is infrared
So don’t try to see them with your eyes, but your heart instead
Not a regular run of the mills, for they are enigmatic
They subject your stereotypes and traditional optics to astigmatic
Give them chaos, and watch them turn it into order
They thrive under pressure, with a mere shrug of shoulder
Not one to shy away from conflict in pursuance of justice
Fairness, equity, and chivalry is their auspice
Their act of devotion is devoid of quest for ovation
Even as they set trends transcending status quo and tradition
Highly infectious people’s persons
Every encounter with them is fraternity lessons
Highly perceptive and introspective with uncommon concentration
Alleviating others’ suffering is their chosen act of dedication
Deeply feeling, and highly empathic, with strong will
They generate divine aura of healing appeal
Joyful giver and light bearer among us
Silent heroes and heroines without fuss
These are the Indigo Children!
